You simply choose what type of confectionery you’d like, the bag size and quantity. The more product you buy, the more you will save with our discount system. At the checkout page, simply enter your details, upload your branding/artwork and confirm you order. We will send you an email confirmation, then proof your artwork onto a bag for you to approve. Once that's done we'll make your order and send them to you so you can connect with your customers in a way that will keep them coming back for more.
Our minimum order per design or confectionery type is 500 bags.
We have a standard delivery target of two weeks in NZ from order confirmation / approval by the customer. However, we always do our absolute best to accommodate our customers’ requests, so if you need them sooner than two weeks, please let us know and we will strive to achieve your delivery requirements.
We ship to destinations all around New Zealand, and also to Australia (please contact us directly for Australian delivery).
Shipping costs are calculated at the checkout page and depend on quantity and delivery location. We send via NZ Couriers, and Mainfreight for larger volumes. Please contact us if you would like more information on shipping to Australia.

The best way to send us an image/artwork file for an on-bag print, is a single colour (preferably black) vector file, with all fonts, shapes and special characters set to outlines, and within the 52mm (h) x 70mm (w) size. This file should be a .eps or .ai (or a black print on white background 300+ dpi PNG file WITHOUT transparency). If in doubt, send us an email and ask info@dukeandco.co.nz
Our printing process for branded promotional bags means that we can print on the bag in black OR white.
We offer unbranded bags which are perfect should your campaign require the customisation that can only come from a full-colour label. Unbranded bags are packed ready for your team to affix the labels you already have when required.
We do not offer services to supply or apply labels to our promotional branded products.
Yes, of course! We welcome customers to mix and match their sweet assortment, as long as each item in the mix meets the minimum order requirements of 500 bags per product or design.
Your pricing (and discount) applies to the total number of bags ordered.
We do not currently offer a full colour label service but can provide the bags for you “unbranded” should you wish to apply your own label to them.
Not at this time. We have carefully focused our product offering to help ensure the best value for you the customer and maintain the best possible prices and service.
We are, however, always happy to take suggestions of potential products we could offer in future. If your organisation is interested in ordering large volumes of 5000 bags or more at a time and you would like an alternative product, contact us directly and we will be more than happy to discuss how we can assist.
Our standard bags are recyclable #5 soft plastic bags.
Currently we only offer recyclable #5 soft plastic bags.
GST is calculated at the checkout.
We accept credit cards and direct credit. If you would like to apply to become an approved credit customer, please contact us and we will get this underway.
Our products have a best before date of 12 months after their bagged date. All our bags have a best before date on the back of the package.
