Shipping Policy
1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to all addresses within New Zealand, including
urban and rural areas. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
- Standard delivery time: The standard order delivery target is two working weeks from customer confirmation approval. As always, if this impacts the plans for your events and use, please let us know immediately so we can discuss any available options
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or public holidays.
3. Shipping Costs
Standard Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at the checkout. We use NZ Couriers and Mainfreight depending on volume and location.
4. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends/public holidays). You will receive a proof of your artwork within this timeframe (dependent on whether artwork has been provided) for confirmation. Once confirmed our delivery times are outlined above.
5. Rural Delivery Surcharge
Some remote areas may incur additional fees (calculated at checkout).
6. Undeliverable Orders
If a courier cannot deliver your parcel (e.g., incorrect address), you may be
charged a redelivery fee.
7. Lost/Damaged Packages
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery for damaged/missing items.
- We may require proof of damage (e.g., photos) to process replacements/refunds.
8. Returns & Exchanges
See our Payment Policy for details. Shipping costs for returns are
the customer’s responsibility unless the order is faulty.
