1. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following secure payment options:

  • 💳 Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express (processed via [Payment Gateway, e.g., Stripe]).
  • 🏦 Online Bank Transfer 

Note: We do not accept cash on delivery (COD) or cheques for online orders.

2. Payment Security

  • All transactions are encrypted using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology.
  • We do not store your full credit card details on our servers. Payments are processed through PCI-DSS compliant third-party gateways.

3. Pricing & Currency

  • All prices are displayed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) , GST is added at the checkout page.
  • Additional fees (e.g., delivery charges) will be clearly shown at checkout.

4. Order Confirmation

  • Your order is not confirmed until payment is successfully processed.
  • A confirmation email will be sent to the address provided. If you don’t receive it, check your spam folder or contact us.

5. Failed Payments

If your payment fails:

  • Ensure card details are entered correctly.
  • Contact your bank to resolve issues (e.g., insufficient funds, card limits).
  • Orders with failed payments will not be processed.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Cancellations: Request before your order enters production (contact us ASAP).
  • Refunds: Processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method for:
    • Undelivered or incorrect orders.
    • Cancelled orders (if eligible).
  • Non-Refundable Items: Perishable goods (unless spoiled/damaged upon delivery).

7. Disputes & Chargebacks

  • Unauthorised chargebacks may result in account suspension or legal action.
